Training & Food
Breakfast-NOWT
Dinner- Chiabatta with beef & tomatoes with extra light salad cream
Tea- Small portion of mince and potatoes, portion rice, portion salad
Training- just to get back in i have only done a weights with BOB bag session on rest + a 1mile fast run tonight, the real training starts tomorrow
